Served as copy lead/content strategist for the redesign and relaunch of American Home Shield’s website, which involved cross-functional collaboration with Frontdoor Creative, eComm, UX, Product, Brand and Legal teams — as well as our outside web development partner, Simple Focus. I also participated in stakeholder feedback sessions to incorporate input from various channels throughout the project and assisted with UAT.
